- Due to the timescales involved, all tickets are non-refundable. There is insufficient time for us to re-sell tickets, for what will be a sell out event.
- Tickets are non transferrable. The lead booker must be in attendance and photo ID checks will be made on entry into the venue. If the ID does not match entry will be refused.
- This is family event, please respect others, and enjoy the game in a manner which is creates an atmosphere in which families with children can enjoy.
- Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Children are the responsibility of parents or guardians. We would encourage families with children to sit on the banks of the castle walls, and not directly in front of the screens.
- No food or alcohol to be brought into the premises. There will be food traders & fully licensed quick serve bars within the Fan Zone.
- Water will be made available to those who want it.
- Please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays in entry due to enhanced searching.
- No chairs or umbrellas. You’re allowed to bring blankets and soft things to sit on.
- A smoking area will be provided. Smoking outside of this area may result in your ejection from the event.

Strict Conditions of Entry

- A full search will be in place upon entry to the site.
- Umbrellas & chairs are not permitted. You’re allowed to bring blankets and soft things to sit on.
- Do not bring fireworks or flares to the event. Searches will take place upon entry and these will be confiscated.
- Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
- Do not bring large bags / rucksacks. All bags will be searched regardless of size, please don’t bring anything bigger than hand luggage size.
- No club colours allowed – England Shirt encouraged!
