The key details we think you’ll need to know..
• Due to the timescales involved, no refunds will be offered. There is insufficient time for us to re-sell tickets, for what will be a sell out event.
• Tickets are non transferrable. The lead booker must be in attendance and photo ID checks will be made on entry into the venue. If the ID does not match entry will be refused.
• No food or alcohol to be brought into the premises.
• Alcohol will be sold through an App based system on tables. We encourage people to pre order drinks when they purchase tickets
• Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• No food is allowed into the venue. There is a selection of food available on site.
• Water will be made available to those who want it.
• Family zone tables will be available & grouped together in an effort to facilitate a calmer area. However, please be aware that the nature of live football events is unpredictable and we advise people consider wether or not bringing children under 12 is appropriate.
• Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays in entry due to enhanced searching.

Strict Conditions of Entry

You will be required to use the NHS Track & Trace app upon arrival. Social distance to be respected at all times.
• Umbrellas are not permitted.
• Do not bring fireworks or flares to the event. Searches will take place upon entry and these will be confiscated.
• Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
• A full search will be in place upon entry to the site.
• Do not bring large bags / rucksacks. All bags will be searched regardless of size, please don’t bring anything bigger than hand luggage size.
• No Club colours allowed - England Shirt encouraged!
